Working with Pro:Direct Sport Rugby, I helped bring some of the world’s biggest rugby brands to life through high-impact visual campaigns. From boot launches to global tournament promotions, each project was designed to capture the intensity, passion, and culture of the game. My role focused on creating bold, cohesive visuals that spoke directly to rugby players and fans — delivering energy, authenticity, and world-class storytelling across every campaign.

Rugby World Cup 2019

One Tournament, One Identity. Every Team, Every Detail

To celebrate the Rugby World Cup 2019, I helped design a campaign that captured the global excitement of the tournament. The visuals blended international energy with a distinctly Pro:Direct identity, uniting players and fans under one banner. From digital assets to retail touchpoints, the creative celebrated the sport’s biggest stage with bold imagery, clean typography, and a sense of worldwide unity.

The campaign was built on a unified style guide that gave each team a distinctive yet cohesive identity. National colours, symbols, and nicknames were woven into bold layouts that celebrated heritage while keeping products front and centre. Strong typography and immersive visuals brought each squad’s story to life — creating a striking, fan-driven shopping experience.

Fixture Banners

The head-to-head fixture banners were built to generate anticipation ahead of key matches. Using bold typography, team colours, and player imagery, the designs created instant impact while maintaining clarity across all devices. Each banner captured the intensity of the rivalry, helping drive engagement and clicks through to team replica.

Replica banners focused on showcasing official team kits in a clean, premium layout. Strong lighting, bold composition, and confident branding highlighted product detail while keeping team identity front and centre. The result was a set of visuals that elevated the shopping experience and reinforced fan pride across the campaign.

Social Engagement Infographics

I designed a series of infographic-style posts to boost engagement and spark conversation across social channels. These visuals combined match stats, player highlights, and dynamic graphics to keep fans informed and excited. Each post was crafted to feel energetic and instantly shareable, aligning with the bold visual identity of the wider campaign.

Bringing Heat to the Game

For the launch of the adidas Scorch Boot Pack, I developed dynamic visual assets that reflected the speed and precision behind the product line. Using strong lighting, textured backgrounds, and motion-inspired layouts, the creative direction mirrored the explosive pace of the game. Every element worked to position the Scorch range as performance-driven and unmistakably premium.

adidas Horizons & All Black Boot Packs

World Class Designs, for Rugbys Biggest Stage

For the Horizons and All Black boot collections, I created campaign visuals that balanced heritage and innovation. The Horizons pack focused on exploration and future potential, using gradient colour palettes and expansive imagery, while the All Black pack emphasised power and legacy through minimal design and dark, high-contrast visuals. Together, they showcased adidas’s dual identity — forward-thinking yet deeply rooted in rugby culture.

Player Focused

The Horizons campaign centred around key players including Alun Wyn Jones and Maro Itoje - showcasing the boots through the lens of elite performance. Each visual highlighted the players’ individuality and influence, pairing bold portrait photography with clean, atmospheric design. The creative direction focused on storytelling and authenticity, capturing the ambition and mindset that define the next generation of rugby icons.

Train like champions - Wear the legacy

This campaign focused on the grit and discipline of the training environment. I produced a range of visuals capturing the raw, authentic side of preparation — intensity, focus, and repetition. The creative tone was stripped back and honest, celebrating the unseen work that defines elite performance. The result was a campaign that felt grounded, human, and deeply connected to the ethos of the All Blacks.

Parley. Play for the oceans.

For the Parley Edition of the All Blacks training range, the focus was on sustainability and innovation. The campaign highlighted performance apparel made from recycled ocean plastics, blending environmental responsibility with the power and discipline of All Blacks culture. The visuals featured clean, ocean-inspired tones and natural textures, connecting the team’s commitment to excellence with adidas’ mission to protect the planet.

Nike Jaguares Kit Launch

Unleash the Beast - Power. Passion. Jaguares.

For the Jaguares’ Nike kit launch, I designed visuals that channelled the team’s fierce identity and South American heritage. Bold animal textures, rich colour contrasts, and dynamic compositions helped express strength and individuality. The visuals were rolled out across digital and social platforms, ensuring global visibility while staying true to the Jaguares’ distinctive energy.
